- Information and Support Service during the office hours: 9 am - 5 pm.
- All the version updates installed (customers have the latest Stato Licenses in their use at all times)

Limited Maintenance:
- 24/7 HelpDesk Service
- Information and Support Service during the office hours, 9 am - 5 pm.
- Minor version updates for free, Major version updates at 50% discount.

Maintenance Service for Customer Applications
The application maintenance is always tailored to meet the customer's needs. The service includes, for example: |
- HelpDesk Service
- Information and Support Service during the office hours, 9 am - 5 pm
- 60, 90 or 180 hours of work for application maintenance / year

Stato's application maintenance is always tailored to meet the customer's needs. The service includes, for example: |
- 24/7 HelpDesk Service is open at all times throughout the year.
- Problem solving is started immediately after receiving the information at HelpDesk.

Training
Stato customers and partners are provided with training for e.g. |
- Using the customer-specific application (included in each customer project)
- Expanding the customer-specific application with elements (we
will provide training) Stato Programming Training (intended for Stato
partners)
- Stato-programming training (partners only)
